GOLDEN ALE

Golden ale from the golden colour, just a hint of cloudiness of the
yeast in suspension, moderately long lasting foam, light bodied
with notes of citrus lime and grapefruit.

Delicacy and citrus notes make it suitable to be enjoyed
with fish dishes, appetizers, cured meats and herb cheese.

Artisan beer
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, hops, yeast, sugar

Alcohol by volume 5,2%.

Unpasteurized beer. Refermented in the bottle. Forms natural sediment
